oh I would love to! WELL. What the author is saying is that she is an only child. When she talks to her mother about the 9/11 attacks she pretends to believe that it was all a conspiracy and the government planned and executed it (which is the most popular conspiracy theory), and in this secret she is saying how she doesn't really think that is the cause but she says she does because it annoys her mom and she clearly gets a kick out of annoying her mother :)!!
